Information we use
If you contact us, we receive the name, email address and message you provide. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. We use enquiry information to respond and discuss your request, based on our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us, or to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses and requests to deliver and secure this website. Where the online enquiry form is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse and our email delivery provider, Resend, processes the enquiry to deliver it. These security and delivery activities support our legitimate interests in operating a reliable website and preventing misuse.
Cookies and browser storage
We store your privacy preferences in your browser under 1guy1piano-consent-v1, for up to six months. This is used only to remember your choices. If browser storage is blocked, your preference lasts for the current page visit.
Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics, when configured, loads only if you allow analytics. It measures visits, referring sites, device/browser information and page performance. Cloudflare describes this service as cookieless. We nevertheless give you a choice before loading it.
There are no embedded TikTok players on this website. TikTok and other external links take you to the relevant third-party service, whose privacy practices apply there.
You can withdraw optional permission through Cookie settings in the footer. The page reloads to stop optional scripts. Withdrawing permission does not undo information already sent; third-party cookies already stored may need to be removed through your browser.
Sharing and international processing
We use hosting, security and email providers to operate the website and handle enquiries. We do not sell enquiry information or add you to a marketing list just because you contact us. Providers may process information outside the UK; where required, applicable transfer safeguards must be in place.
How long information is kept
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond, follow up and maintain relevant business records. Retention depends on whether the enquiry leads to a service, an ongoing conversation or a legal obligation. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
